The Toronto Sikh Retreat organizers take no responsibility for the weather conditions that weekend and no refunds can be claimed due to unsuitable weather or weather changes.

No registration will be confirmed until receipt of payment. Please refer to the Registration page for details.

In the event of a person being asked to leave the premises, (for example: inappropriate behaviour) no refund will be made.

Although we have tried to ensure that the content of this Web site is as accurate as possible, we cannot be held liable for any injury, inconvenience or financial loss that may occur to any participants in the retreat, while engaged in any activity, even while visiting any area of the retreat site.
